Training programs are regularly tested for effectiveness and employee competency and development is rigorously tracked and recorded.

CASL capitalizes on continuous improvement opportunities through an actively managed NCR and CAR process. Continuous improvement also includes a well-defined external and internal system-wide audit process in addition to annual reviews and updates of the quality manual, program and processes.
