EDMONTON, Sept. 16, 2014 /CNW/ – Corrosion and Abrasion Solutions Ltd. (CASL) is pleased to announce that CASL has concluded a definitive agreement to acquire Inotec Coatings and Hydraulics (Inotec) effective September 15, 2014 from McCoy Global Inc.

Inotec is one of Western Canada’s leading corrosion and abrasion solutions businesses focused on metal components. The business is active in the oil & gas, mining, hydraulics, power generation, forestry and oil sands industries. The Inotec business operates out of a 70,000 square foot facility in Edmonton
