- Field based quality control offered both intrinsically, as part of site supervision, or independent of day-to-day operations.
- NACE & SSPC trained employees, including in-house certified inspectors.
CASL employees possess comprehensive knowledge of current industry quality standards and CASL directly invests resources to ensure systems and personnel continuously improve to meet ongoing quality advancements. Training programs are regularly tested for effectiveness and employee competency and development is rigorously tracked and recorded.
CASL capitalizes on continuous improvement opportunities through an actively managed NCR and CAR process. Continuous improvement also includes a well-defined external and internal system-wide audit process in addition to annual reviews and updates of the quality manual, program and processes.
